APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be pre-booked; this is not a walk-in clinic. We advise that you call the clinic or leave a voicemail to request appointments that can be made with our medical assistants. PLEASE NOTE -call times are very busy between 9am-12pm -but please keep trying if there is a same-day issue to be addressed. Otherwise, for all non-urgent or next-day issues leave a voicemail and our team will call you back the next working day (eg. Monday morning if you leave a message Friday afternoon).

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS AND OUT-OF-HOURS CARE

All 3 doctors endeavour to have same-day slots available for urgent issues, however these slots do rapidly fill up. If your family doctor has no more available urgent appointments, out-of-hours care is available for rostered patients only and can only be used if your family doctor’s urgent appointments have been filled. Unfortunately, unrostered and Quebec patients cannot access these services.

These out-of-hours clinics will rotate location depending on the doctor on-call and can occur either in our sister clinic (Arbour family medicine in Suite 201) or in our own clinic.

Please note this is NOT a walk-in clinic and you may only call for an appointment after 5pm Monday to Thursday or 9am on Saturday.

These appointments can only be made on the same day and are for urgent issues (such as infections, new injuries, sudden onset pain) if your usual family doctor’s same day appointments have already been filled.

As these are limited urgent slots open to all patients of Clinic 207 and our sister clinic Arbour, this is unfortunately NOT for chronic medical issues, prescription queries, referrals, form filling, or follow-up appointments. Thank you for your understanding!
