Phone lines are operated by different office assistants, so please only call the corresponding phone line for your doctor.

Do not leave prescription renewal requests on our voicemail. Please call your pharmacy to fax us a prescription renewal as per our policy

Our peak call-times are between 9:00am-11:00am. If you cannot get through right away, try calling outside of these times. Alternatively, if this is a non-urgent issue you may leave a voice message after 2:00pm for our staff to phone you back the next 2-3 working days.

Our voicemail machine is turned on after 2:00pm but turned OFF over the weekend.
